Ethereum & Stellar balances are fetched directly from public explorers (Etherscan, Horizon). Reserve wallet balances are read on-chain — including the BitGo-custodied USDXLR hot wallet, whose USD Coin balance is verifiable on Etherscan; only the Coinbase custody figure is attested.
